Senior sales supervisor

• Responsible for ECP online and PDD 

负责线下视光门店的线上生意，以及PDD 渠道的销售

• Responsible for distributor management and distributor performance

负责相关经销商渠道的管理，以及生意的达成

• Responsible ensure distributors have same goal as Zeiss to deliver a health Zeiss  business

负责并确保客户，日常运营，合规，以及品牌目标的一致性

• Responsible for new business or channel development， finding any possible opportunity to deliver the topline

负责开展新的渠道机会，为生意增长做好助力

• Responsible for monitoring competitor activities on EC platform, timely adjust our plan

负责监控竞争对手在电商平台的动向， 总结并输出好的案例，用来学习并及时调整我们自己的业务规划

Education / 教育背景

• Bachelor degree above , preferable from background of business management, marketing, food industry, engineering design or social behavior
• 学科为电子商务，商务管理，营销，食品，工业设计或社会学等

Experience / 经验

• Experience in Ecommerice or other ecome social platform sales
• 1-2个平台如天猫，拼多多，京东，快手, 私域运营，垂直平台运营
• Experienced in distributor management, and private domain operation
• Experienced in budget and spending plan on EC platform， with continued ROI improvement
• Experience in other digital activities on social like RED, Bilibili or VIP, SN，etc
• B站, 唯品会，苏宁, 积分，礼品等垂直渠道的经验加分

Other Skills /其他技能

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry （OTC）online or Food supplement  is a plus
• , 大健康等保健品的经验加分
