Job Description:
The Role:
This role leads a high‑performing digital sales team based in Riyadh and Cairo, driving on‑time Operational Services support renewals, improving customer net dollar retention, and strengthening long‑term customer relationships. The position is accountable for developing new business opportunities, expanding market share, and working strategically with customers and key partners across a defined territory. The successful candidate will lead team and individual performance, provide strong coaching and direction, and cultivate talent to build a capable, motivated, and growth‑focused organisation.
Management Level Definition:
Applies advanced Operational Services expertise to lead a team in resolving both common and complex business and technical challenges within established policies. The successful candidate will drive process improvements, recommend operational changes aligned with broader business strategy, and oversee the planning, management, and monitoring of day‑to‑day tactical activities for their direct reports. Operating as a key leader within the organisation, this position reports directly to the UKIMEA Operational Services Sales Director.
Responsibilities:
- Leads a high‑performing Digital Sales Team, driving growth across defined territories through installed‑base renewals, Operational Services expansion, and Day One contract wins.
- Owns budgeting and forecasting while enforcing strong sales discipline and pipeline hygiene in SFDC.
- Sets daily priorities, oversees recruitment and talent development, manages costs, and provides clear strategic direction.
- Actively coaches, mentors, and develops team members, driving performance through the FPR process and beyond.
- Advises leadership on critical issues within the business area and influences strategic decision‑making.
- Assigns responsibilities with clarity, provides hands‑on leadership, removes obstacles, and empowers the team to consistently deliver results.
- Builds a culture of accountability, high performance, and personal growth, while championing diversity and broader HR goals.
- Develops and strengthens relationships with customer SMEs and leaders to protect existing revenue and fuel new business growth.
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
- May hold Master's or advanced degree in related field. Typically, 8+ years of relevant experience.
