Maintenance Supervisor

Your Opportunity as the Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Topeka, KS manufacturing plant

Work Arrangements: 100% on-site 

• typical schedule: 6:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday
• willingness to work additional hours and have shift flexibility to meet needs of the business

Reports to: Dry Operations Department Manager

In this role you will:

• Provide problem solving expertise and root cause analysis to Operations
• Implement effective predictive and preventative PM programs
• Lead, coach, and develop planning and reliability team; as well as operations technical resources
• Ensure technical documentation, PMs, and spares for department equipment and systems are identified and in place 
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to technical resources within department
• Manage technical budget and execute savings projects

What we are looking for:

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience teaching and leading others
• Strong technical and mechanical ability, including problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities

Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role:

• Prior experience in manufacturing; plus if in food manufacturing (human and / or pet)
• Project management experience
• Prior experience managing a budget
• A degree in Engineering
• Bachelor's degree
