Job description
The Admin and Security Supervisor is responsible for coordinating office functions, supervising security personnel and maintaining strict control over access, safety procedure and incident management within a manufacturing environment.
Administrative Operations:
- Manage daily administrative functions for office and plant operations
- To arrange all related matter for company transport
- To renew company Business License (MBJB)
- To record company cars and buggies
- Liaise with vendors, contractors and service providers
- Support HR with onboarding, access cards and employee records
- To support and work as buddy system with HR for RA Forms, Business Appointment Forms
Security Operations:
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company EHS policies
- Supervise security guards and control room operations
- Manage entry/exit of employees, visitors and contractors
- Enforce access control procedures for restricted production areas
- Monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems and perimeter security
- Conduct routine patrols and inspections across plant and warehouse areas
- Oversee vehicle entry/exit and maintain gate logs
- To monitor and check all outgoing vehicles to prevent any company properties smuggled out from the premises
- Maintain incident and accident reports and follow up on corrective actions
Education:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Security Management or related field
Experience:
Must Have:
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, plant operations or industrial security
- Possess strong multitasking skills and work under minimum supervision
- Possess strong communication skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English
- Possess in-dept knowledge of GMP, HACCP and ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office
- Good interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, dedicated, responsible and teamwork
