Location: Auckland
Full-time | Permanent | On-site
About the role:
We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Campus Operations Coordinator to help create a welcoming and efficiently run campus environment.
In this dynamic, hands-on role, you’ll be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors while supporting the day-to-day operations of the campus. From delivering outstanding customer service to coordinating facilities and ensuring a safe, well-functioning environments, no two days will be the same.

- Front-of-house & communications: Be the welcoming face of the campus- managing reception, handling enquiries, and ensuring visitors, students, and staff always receive a professional and friendly experience
- Customer experience: Build strong relationships across the campus community and act as a central point of coordination to ensure enquiries and issues are resolved efficiently
- Administration and Coordination: Support the smooth running of campus operations through high-quality administrative support, including scheduling, communications, reporting, student services coordination, and event support
- Facilities & Campus Operations: Keep the campus running seamlessly by coordinating maintenance, monitoring facilities, managing contractors, and ensuring shared spaces are safe, clean, and fit for purpose
- Health & Safety: Champion a safe campus environment by supporting health and safety practices, maintaining compliance, and responding proactively to risks and incidents
About you:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in an operations, administration, or coordination role
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build relationships quickly
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident working independently and using initiative to solve problems
- High attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Understanding of health and safety practices and regulatory compliance requirements
- Experience in facilities, campus, or education environments is a bonus
- First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
