Job description

This is a regular full-time position and is located in Victoria, BC.

  • Effectively support the overall objectives of the store including providing an exceptional level of customer service   
  • Assist with sales initiatives and develop strategies to increase retail sales   
  • Assist Store Manager in developing and motivating team members to help them reach their personal and career growth goals  
  • Support the Store Manager in managing the assets of the store including participating in regular inventories and keeping the store stocked and tidy. 

 

Salary range: $65,000 - $80,000. The final offer will depend on internal equity and relevant experience.

To join our team, you need:  

  • At least 3 years of experience in the business-to-business (B2B) industry or in-store operations, a personnel management position where you were responsible for financial performance 
  • College diploma or other degree in business administration, or equivalent work experience 
  • Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry (asset) 
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
