Key Responsibilities
- Execution Planning: Translate IBP plans into weekly and daily production and supply plans aligned with Retail/ECom/Wholesale and any other channels
- Demand-Supply Balancing: Monitor and respond to short-term changes in demand, adjusting supply plans and communicating changes across functions.
- Ensure products are ordered according to the local assortment and ensure the timely availability of required products at the local DC by coordinating with relevant suppliers and Global Network planning teams.
- Constraint Management: Identify supply constraints (capacity, materials, labour) and coordinate resolution actions.
- Inventory Optimization: Maintain target inventory levels while ensuring product availability and minimizing obsolescence risk.
- Order Fulfilment Support: Partner with customer service and logistics teams to prioritize orders and ensure on-time delivery.
- Exception Handling: Proactively manage exceptions (e.g., supply disruptions, urgent customer requests) and lead resolution processes.
- Reporting and Insights: Deliver actionable insights through S&OE dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support operational decisions.
- Management of Logistics functions in Japan and South Korea Channel
- Overseeing DC outputs and management of 3PL within Japan and Own operation in Korea
Supplier/vendor management for key logistics providers ensuring SLAs are met or being exceeded whilst cost control is in place.
