WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is a strategic executive responsible for driving total revenue performance across all business units: Hotel, Event Center and Country Club. This leader oversees Revenue Strategy and Optimization, leads and aligns Sales, and Revenue teams, and owns all aspects of Performance Analytics and Revenue Reporting. The CRO champions a collaborative, data-driven approach to accelerate growth, maximize profitability, and ensure a seamless, high-impact commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Strategy & Optimization
Develop and lead the company-wide revenue strategy; hotel, parking, event, membership, food & beverage, and ancillary streams.
Optimize pricing, packaging, promotions, and inventory management to drive profitability across all revenue channels.
Forecast demand and establish revenue targets by business unit, channel, and customer segment.
Sales, Marketing & Distribution Alignment
Lead and align Sales and Revenue teams under a unified commercial strategy.
Ensure integrated planning between business development, brand messaging, and distribution tactics.
Oversee group and corporate sales efforts, channel partnerships, and third-party relationships.
Performance Analytics & Revenue Reporting
Own enterprise-wide revenue reporting and analytics, including dashboards, KPIs, trend insights, and forecasting models.
Partner with Finance and TS to maintain data integrity, business intelligence tools, and revenue accountability.
Use data insights to inform decision-making across pricing, campaigns, lead conversion, and business development.
Cross-Functional Revenue Enablement
Partner with operations, finance, and experience leaders to align guest delivery with pricing and service promises.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure product, technology, and guest experience strategies support revenue goals.
Champion innovation in systems, tools, and processes that enable high-performing commercial teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Finance, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
6+ years of executive-level leadership in a hospitality, resort, or multi-venue environment with demonstrated success in revenue generation.
Deep understanding of revenue management, sales strategy, marketing ROI, and distribution optimization.
Proficient in revenue management systems (RMS), customer relationship management (CRM), and business intelligence tools.
Strong analytical, financial acumen with a strategic and collaborative leadership style.
Proven ability to lead change, scale performance, and build cross-functional alignment.
