Are you a food technology professional, with strong expertise in consultative sales of food ingredients? Are you ready for the new challenging assignment in an bold and ambitious team? Our team in Romania expands!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grows a portfolio of client accounts, including identifying opportunities for sales growth and developing strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Presents and promote products and solutions to clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients, ensuring profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure smooth product delivery and fulfillment of customer requirements.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, or a related field.
  • Solid sales experience in the food industry, with a focus on customized solutions such as seasonings, sauces, or similar products.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow customer accounts in the food processing or manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive and results-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and support sales activities.
