Welder Fabricator

About the Role We are seeking a skilled Welder to contribute to our tank fabrication operations. In this role, you'll apply your expertise in MIG and Stick welding to produce high-quality welds on large tanks and components. You will play a key role in ensuring the structural integrity and safety of our products. Responsibilities

• Execute MIG and Stick welding techniques on tanks and substantial fabrications, ensuring structural integrity.
• Master Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) through comprehensive training, enhancing welding capabilities.
• Perform welding tasks both inside and outside of tanks, adhering to established welding procedures to meet project specifications.
• Interpret complex weld symbols, blueprints, and fabrication drawings to facilitate accurate and efficient welding processes.
• Prepare joints by grinding and cleaning weld areas, ensuring optimal surface conditions for welding.
• Conduct thorough inspections of welds to verify quality and compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Maintain detailed production and quality documentation, contributing to accurate record-keeping and process improvement.

Qualifications Required Skills

• Proficiency in MIG and Stick welding techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret weld symbols and blueprints accurately.
• Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in welding tanks, pressure vessels, or heavy structural components.
• Familiarity with Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) processes.
• Proven track record of reliable attendance and consistent punctuality.
