Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical facilities, excel in managing patient interactions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assist patients warmly as they arrive at the facility
  • Manage appointment scheduling and patient check-ins/out efficiently
  • Ensure accurate patient registration, insurance verification, and data entry
  • Answer phone calls and communicate clearly with patients
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Handle inquiries about services, procedures, and insurance with professionalism
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and correspondence
  • Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations

Schedule & Availability Requirements

  • Availability for full-time or part-time schedules
  • Ability to work weekends
  • Flexibility to float between locations if needed

Qualifications

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Fluency in Chinese (required)
  • Previous experience in a medical facility (MRI or imaging experience preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor
  • Proficiency in medical scheduling software and basic office tools (e.g., MS Office)
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in medical administration are advantageous
