Senior Infrastructure Engineer

The Senior Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and Azure cloud environments.

This role ensures system performance, security, and availability by troubleshooting issues, managing upgrades, and supporting backup and disaster recovery processes.

The position also provides technical guidance, collaborates with internal teams and vendors, and drives continuous improvement of infrastructure systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in systems engineering and IT support.
• Strong experience with Linux-based systems installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure: servers, networks (LAN/WAN), storage, and cloud environments (Azure preferred).
• Experience with system upgrades, backups, disaster recovery, and security configurations.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
• Experience working with vendors, third-party providers, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently.

Preferred:

• Relevant certifications such as Cisco (CCIE), Microsoft (MCSE), or similar.

Salary: To be agreed

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
