What You’ll Do

• Welcome and check in patients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
• Coordinate and confirm appointments smoothly to keep the day flowing
• Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with clarity and confidence
• Verify insurance coverage and submit claims accurately and efficiently
• Process payments and manage patient accounts with attention to detail
• Support the clinical team to ensure a seamless, positive patient experience

Schedule
Mon – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Alternate Fridays: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Hourly rate ranges from $25 to $28 per hour.
