Client Services – Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) / Broker Dealer

Target Profile

• Strong customer service or hospitality-based backgrounds (e.g., Disney Client Services have been successful)
• Financial exposure preferred but not mandatory
• Highly people‑focused, driven, eager to learn and grow

Core Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day client contact for smaller to mid‑tier clients
• Assist with:
  • Account opening
  • Asset movement
  • Navigation of systems and platforms
  • General inquiries and issue resolution
• No direct transaction processing, but ownership of inquiry through resolution

Skills & Tools

• Client communication via phone and email
• Microsoft Dynamics for client correspondence and tracking
• NetX360 as the primary client platform (used transparently with clients)
