We are building an industry-wide, high-availability trading platform that steps in when primary systems fail. Your code will keep healthcare supply chains running when everything else is down.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Software Engineer III is a hands-on individual contributor who works closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. This role contributes to the company's technical and product initiatives across the full development lifecycle, with 90%+ of time focused on research, development, implementation, and code reviews.

A successful candidate will focus on delivering customer outcomes by building modern delivery pipelines on a high-availability platform. You will write production-quality code, participate in technical design discussions, and collaborate across teams to ship reliable, scalable features.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hands-On Development — Write production-quality code and actively contribute to design, development, and code reviews. Champion automation, observability, and resiliency patterns across the stack.
• Technical Design — Participate in technical design discussions, help evaluate architecture options, weigh trade-offs, and propose scalable, secure solutions aligned with platform goals.
• Delivery Pipelines — Build and maintain modern CI/CD delivery pipelines. Drive infrastructure-as-code practices, containerization, and high-availability deployment strategies on Azure.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Operations to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Quality & Testing — Implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration, and API testing. Uphold high standards in coding, documentation, and system design.
• Execution & Estimation — Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and execution. Take end-to-end ownership of features from requirements through to production.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of experience designing and building distributed software systems using the Microsoft tech stack (.NET, C#)
• Solid experience with Azure cloud services — App Services, Azure Functions, API Management, AKS, and related PaaS offerings
• Hands-on experience with messaging and event-driven architectures using Kafka or Azure Service Bus
• Proficiency with data access technologies: Entity Framework, LINQ, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Ability to implement responsive UI using HTML5, CSS3, and Angular
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools — Docker, Kubernetes / AKS
• Strong commitment to test-driven development — unit, integration, and API testing
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering and non-engineering teams

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience with multi-cloud or serverless architectures — AWS Lambda, Step Functions, or hybrid-cloud orchestration alongside Azure
• Proficiency leveraging AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor to accelerate delivery
• Exposure to AI/ML integration for predictive analytics or intelligent data processing
• Experience in the healthcare or supply chain domain is a plus
