DPR Construction Europe, an upcoming player in the construction of data center and life science projects, is focusing on operating in Germany and Switzerland.
We are seeking a motivated Construction Manager - Mechanical / Bauleiter:in Mechanik to join our high-impact life science and data center projects.
This position will be based in the Frankfurt area.
Role Overview:
Coordinate all mechanical construction activities (HVAC, cooling, plumbing, fire protection) with designers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration into the overall project
Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols, while maintaining high-quality control across all mechanical systems
Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely completion and cost efficiency, reporting progress, and addressing any issues as they arise
Lead on-site mechanical teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards and high-quality outcomes
Role Requirements:
Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
Field Experience: At least five years of experience in a similar position
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC, cooling, and fire protection
Language: Fluency in German and English
Workstyle: Strong work ethic with a passion for construction. Proactive, hands-on approach. Effective coordination within the team, clear communication, and collaboration with all stakeholders
