DPR Construction Europe, an upcoming player in the construction of data center and life science projects, is focusing on operating in Germany and Switzerland.
 

We are seeking a motivated Construction Manager - Mechanical / Bauleiter:in Mechanik to join our high-impact life science and data center projects.

This position will be based in the Frankfurt area.
 

Role Overview:

• Coordinate all mechanical construction activities (HVAC, cooling, plumbing, fire protection) with designers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration into the overall project

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols, while maintaining high-quality control across all mechanical systems

• Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely completion and cost efficiency, reporting progress, and addressing any issues as they arise

• Lead on-site mechanical teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards and high-quality outcomes

Role Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.

• Field Experience: At least five years of experience in a similar position

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC, cooling, and fire protection

• Language: Fluency in German and English

• Workstyle: Strong work ethic with a passion for construction. Proactive, hands-on approach. Effective coordination within the team, clear communication, and collaboration with all stakeholders
