Senior Data Analyst / AI Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst / AI Engineer with strong expertise in data analytics and conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate will drive data-driven insights, develop advanced dashboards, and support AI-powered chatbot and automation initiatives, preferably within the Pharma or Life Sciences domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making
• Design and develop advanced dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Build, optimize, and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows
• Develop and enhance conversational AI solutions, including chatbots and NLP-based applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems
• Ensure data quality through robust data cleaning, transformation, and validation processes
• Support development and deployment of machine learning models for AI use cases
• Optimize database performance and improve efficiency of data systems
• Work with Pharma/Life Sciences data while ensuring compliance with industry standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or AI-related roles
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
• Extensive experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy
• Solid understanding of machine learning and/or conversational AI concepts
• Experience working with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar)
• Experience in Pharma or Life Sciences domain is required
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with chatbot development or NLP frameworks
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with data pipeline tools and ETL processes
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., GxP, HIPAA)
• Experience supporting clinical, regulatory, or commercial data use cases

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
