P&C Licensed Customer Care Representative

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative, P&C licensed ONLY.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively seek solutions within compliance and legal requirements

Communicate with customers via multiple channels while navigating various systems and platforms

Receive and respond to inquiries related to insurance matters and interact with customers to resolve issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Producer / Agent Property and Casualty license required, with the licensing exam to be obtained within a designated timeframe

1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance environment

Strong technical aptitude with intermediate computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems

Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools preferred
