Job Description:

The GBS Lead Fraud Analyst serves as a subject matter expert in fraud mitigation, leading fraud prevention efforts by educating field teams and customers, ensuring consistent use of fraud-related tools, and supporting operational execution. The role also includes conducting audits, monitoring performance and productivity, driving process improvements, and acting as a key liaison between frontline teams and management to ensure alignment and timely risk escalation.
