The Role
The Facilities Coordinator role reports to the Facilities Manager and works closely with the Draper Office Manager.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and report building-related issues (e.g., HVAC, lighting, custodial services) to building management for resolution, and support office service needs including vending, document destruction, and furniture installations.
- Maintain office readiness by managing supplies, receiving deliveries, preparing new-hire workstations, and supporting meeting and conference room setup and reset.
- Submit, track, and follow up on building and office repair work orders through the building management system.
- Monitor and resolve employee Facilities requests submitted through Jira in accordance with established SLA requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build effective working relationships and support timely execution of company objectives.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to ensure effective coordination and service delivery.
- Support Facilities procurement activities by assisting with vendor onboarding and creating purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate vendor services and repairs for office equipment, including printers and copiers.
- Plan and support employee moves while maintaining accurate space-planning data.
- Maintain Facilities documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and SharePoint pages.
- Conduct regular space inspections to help ensure functionality, safety, and appearance standards are maintained.
- Support safety, security, and compliance initiatives, including fire drills, workplace safety walkthroughs, regular collaboration with Global Safety & Security, and coordination with building management as needed.
- Provide support for all company-sponsored employee events, including setup, teardown, and coordination for onsite and off-site activities; assist with operational reporting, audits, cost tracking, and reception desk coverage.
Skills & Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or 4-year college degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Jira; experience with space-planning or procurement software is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, vendors, and contractors.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with a collaborative, solution-focused approach.
- Self-starter and collaborative team player with strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.

Working Conditions
- In-office role requiring regular movement, including standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
- Occasional lifting related to deliveries and office supplies; most items are lightweight, with a maximum lifting requirement of up to 50 pounds.

Base Pay Range: 53,400.00 - 78,320.00 USDAll other cities and states excluding those listed above:
