ABOUT THE ROLE

As Harmattan AI expands its product portfolio, the 3D Designer will play a key part in shaping how new products are revealed to the market. Using 3D visuals, motion, and storytelling, this role makes complex defense technologies immediately clear, compelling, and credible — from first reveal to sales enablement. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, within the Sales & Marketing department, you will define how each product is visually positioned and understood across its lifecycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the creation of advanced visual assets for marketing and communications (3D, motion) and support other visual assets for digital content.
• Master 3D design, motion, and video editing for impactful product and brand storytelling.
• Maintain brand consistency while introducing high-fidelity and visually distinctive concepts that make Harmattan AI stand out in a B2G environment.
• Translate technical and product content into clear, realistic, and visually compelling assets.
• Partner with Marketing to develop design guidelines, templates, and scalable creative workflows, including 3D and motion asset libraries.
• Provide artistic direction for new assets, product launches, and event experiences, with a strong focus on how systems are visually introduced and demonstrated.
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to translate evolving concepts into clear, compelling visual narratives.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Technical Expertise: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and/or 3D tools (e.g. Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent); proficiency in motion design and video editing.
• Creative Direction: Proven ability to develop concepts and provide artistic direction that elevates brand presence in complex, technical industries.
• Visual Storytelling: Demonstrated ability to translate technical and complex topics into compelling visual narratives, especially for product-focused contexts.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D elements, motion assets (video, animation), and large-scale marketing or product launch campaigns. Education matters less than proven deliverables.
• Adaptability & Collaboration: Creative, detail-oriented, structured, and hands-on; thrives in a fast-paced environment working across Marketing, Product, and Sales teams.
• Communication & Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of leading diverse principals – from junior members to senior executives.
