We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and motivated Barista with strong customer service skills and a genuine love for coffee. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality drinks to guests.

• Ensure the cafe area is clean, organized, and stocked.

• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Manage cash and credit card transactions efficiently.

• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and fun environment.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in a food and beverage, cafe, or bar environment is desirable

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate

• Experience in mixing and serving beverages

• Experienced barista with a passion for coffee

• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive individual
• Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
• Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends, morning, evenings and school holiday period across a 7-day roster
