Administrative Assistant/Specialist

You Will:

• Provide administration and operational support to the Legal Team;
• Scan, archive and organize documents;
• Coordinate documentation workflow;
• Perform administrative onboarding and offboarding tasks;
• Update and maintain internal data bases;
• Prepare presentations, documents and spreadsheets as requested;
• Modify internal documents including agreements, and other legal documents etc.;
• Organize team meetings and business trips;
• Support purchasing process;
• Support a dedicated team in organization of training sessions;
• Perform tasks as requested by the Legal Team and the Direct Manager.

Desired Experience:

• 2 years of experience in Administration;
• Confidentiality and attention to detail;
• Great ownership and internal customer-focus skills;
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines;
• Great communication and interpersonal skills;
• Intermediate / Upper Intermediate English;
• Fluency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
