Job description

Liquid Personnel is looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join its client's Locality Teams at Hull City. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive service that offers flexible working arrangements.

The Role

  • Complete assessments, reviews, and care planning within the community
  • Support individuals to maximise independence using strengths-based approaches
  • Assess for equipment, adaptations, and moving & handling needs
  • Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary locality teams
  • Manage a varied caseload in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

  • HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
  • Experience in Adult Social Care / community settings
  • Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively
