The role

We’re looking for a Senior Creative Production Manager to lead end-to-end creative production across a wide range of marketing initiatives and channels, with a strong focus on social-first, platform-native content. This is a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves role for a producer who can move fast—running lean, efficient shoots (light footprint, quick timelines, high craft), building repeatable systems for always-on output, and scaling up as needed by partnering with agencies and external production teams on larger integrated campaigns.

You’ll sit within the Creative Operations & Production team in Creative Marketing and work closely with creative leads, brand and social teams, marketing strategists, and external partners to deliver excellent work on time, on budget, and on brand. You’ll bring strong production instincts, a sharp operational mind, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity—building structure where it’s needed, without over-processing. The ideal candidate is a highly strategic thinker who leads with innovation, drives efficiency, and is able to align strategic goals with the team’s creative vision.

Your mission

  • Lead end-to-end creative production for marketing campaigns across channels and formats—from brief and planning through production, post, and final delivery (video, stills, sound, graphics, toolkits, cutdowns/adaptations, and OOH).
  • Deliver efficient shoots with fast turnarounds (crew, locations, permits, schedules, call sheets, releases, and tight post plans), and scale up to larger integrated productions by partnering with agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
  • Build flexible production systems (modular shoot planning, repeatable toolkits/templates, streamlined approvals, and scalable workflows that adapt to changing priorities) and use AI-enabled tools to improve production efficiency and quality.
  • Own creative workflows and operations: build project documentation and systems; manage milestones, dependencies, and risks; keep work moving smoothly from concept to completion.
  • Be the central hub for stakeholders: align internal creative teams, cross-functional partners, and external collaborators through clear communication, structured updates, and well-run reviews/approvals.
  • Ensure quality and goal alignment: implement feedback loops and QA processes to enable error-free delivery and maintain brand standards throughout development.
  • Manage budgets and resourcing: track spend, forecast needs, flag tradeoffs early, and ensure production plans align with campaign objectives.
  • Continuously improve how we work: identify workflow gaps and introduce templates/processes that increase speed and clarity without adding bureaucracy.

Your toolkit

  • 6+ years experience in creative production, integrated production, or creative project/program management (in-house, agency, production company, or hybrid).
  • Proven ability to produce content scrappily (small shoots, fast turnarounds, limited resources) while still delivering high craft. Social content production experience is a must.
  • Confident working with agencies and external production partners on larger integrated campaigns (scoping, SOWs, reviews, approvals, deliverables).
  • Strong understanding of pre-production, production, and post-production workflows; comfortable with video/stills deliverables and versioning for different channels.
  • Familiarity with usage rights, talent releases, music licensing, and basic production legalities.
  • Demonstrated experience experimenting with and implementing AI-enabled tools.
  • Hyper-organized: you’re known for crisp timelines, clean documentation, and making chaos feel manageable.
  • A true self-starter: you don’t wait to be told— you see what’s needed and you make it happen.
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; you can drive alignment while protecting creative quality.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments (agencies or growth companies) and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages a plus).
  • Production experience in multiple markets is a plus.

How we’ll make your career journey extraordinary

  • Annual personal growth budget and mentorship programs for continuous learning and development
  • Work from anywhere in the world for 30 days per year
  • A hybrid working approach with three days of in office collaboration (Mon, Tue, Thur) and two days of optional at home focus time.
  • Opportunities to collaborate and socialize with team members through quarterly team events and yearly company-wide events
  • Monthly transportation and fitness budget
  • Discounts for you, your friends, and family on GetYourGuide activities
  • Language reimbursement program
  • Health and wellness benefits
