About This Role

We are seeking a couple of skilled HVAC Installers. This position will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing ductwork systems for industrial and commercial HVAC systems.

What you’ll do

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine duct system layouts.
• Measure, cut, and shape sheet metal to fit specific installations.
• Install ductwork systems, including heating and air conditioning ducts, vents, and related equipment.
• Inspect and repair existing ductwork for leaks or damage, replacing sections as needed.
• Ensure proper insulation of duct systems to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with other HVAC professionals and construction teams.
• Maintain safe work practices and adhere to industry safety standards.

What you’ll bring

• High school degree or GED equivalent.
• Proven experience as a ductwork installer.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• For entry-level applicants, some prior experience in a manual labor job is required
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

• A valid driver’s license and the ability to commute to locations along the Wasatch Front
• Must undergo pre-employment and random drug screenings in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
