Warranty - Momentum BMW/MINI

Summary:

This Warranty is responsible for processing warranty claims, ensuring proper documentation, and reconciling payments with accuracy. The ideal candidate has dealership experience, with prior warranty processing knowledge preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Process warranty claims efficiently for all franchises or distributors.
• Ensure all warranty paperwork is complete and accurate.
• Verify claims meet factory or distributor criteria.
• Reconcile warranty receivables with payments according to accounting schedules.
• Post credits and update records in dealership software.
• Follow up on rejected claims and resubmit or process write-offs as authorized.
• Track and manage warranty parts, including tagging and proper disposal or return.
• Stay up to date on factory recalls, service bulletins, and warranty policies.
• Assist service, body shop, cashier, or administrative teams as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and organized work area.

 

• Must have prior warranty processing experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic accounting or reconciliation experience.
• Proficiency with computers and dealership management software.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with multiple automotive brands and factory warranty procedures.
• Experience assisting multiple departments in a dealership setting.

Compensation (Hourly):

• $17-$25 / hour

Schedule:

• FULL TIME
• Sundays Always Off
• Saturday Availability Required
