SEO LeadKey ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.Focus on driving B2B lead generation for global clients.Technical SEO Optimization:Conduct regular technical audits to ensure site health and performance. Optimize website structure, internal linking, and crawlability.Content Optimization:Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content tailored for global audiences. Monitor content performance and provide data-driven recommendations.Performance Analysis & Reporting:Analyze SEO metrics at keyword/page levels and prepare actionable reports. Present monthly reviews of KPIs to stakeholders.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work with marketing, analytics, and product teams to align strategies.Ensure seamless delivery of SEO initiatives across departments.Industry Expertise:Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.Implement innovative strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

QualificationsProven expertise in both technical SEO and content optimization.Experience in managing large-scale websites with international audiences.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript constraints, and website architecture.Familiarity with B2B Services industry challenges and opportunities Excellent communication and project management skills.Additional Skills (Good to Have)Experience in A/B testing and multivariate experiments.Familiarity with IT, ITeS, Consulting Industries is beneficial.
