What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll manage your territory like a business—powered by structure, supported by data, and fueled by relationships.
- Grow market share by influencing contractors and supporting dealer partners
- Execute a structured weekly territory plan using Techo‑Bloc’s Sales Science approach
- Maintain strong activity and follow‑through
- Educate contractors on products, installation best practices, and system solutions
- Drive contractor demand to dealer partners and support dealer success
- Conduct merchandising audits and keep displays brand‑standard
- Train dealer staff on products, tools, and selling techniques
- Identify new business opportunities through research and competitive insights
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- Experience in hardscape, building materials, construction, dealer‑based sales or B2B sales.
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
- Comfortable using data, CRM tools, and structured sales processes
- Organized, self‑motivated, and competitive—in a good way
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the Boston territory
