Sodexo is growing! We are looking for a Concierge to join our dynamic team. This position is a FULL TIME ROLE. You will be offered is a great team environment, work/life balance and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction.

You are a dynamic and reliable person with good communication and interpersonal skills. You are committed to quality assurance and safety. You will greet and welcome clients upon arrival, manage the coat check, and assist with various requests such as scheduling meetings, arranging transportation, and providing general company information. They will ensure a smooth and efficient experience by offering expert knowledge of company services and available resources. Dedication to exceptional service are essential for maintaining a positive client experience.

During your mandate with Sodexo you will be responsible for providing concierge services to clients, visitors, guests, etc. You will be attending training programs as needed, comply with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures, perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures, participate in regular safety meetings, safety training and hazard assessments. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned as required

A high school diploma, GED or equivalent experience is required. 1-year experience is required.
