Job description

  • Proactively identify and secure new MICE and group business opportunities
  • Manage and grow existing corporate, agency, and event planner relationships
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals aligned with client needs and hotel positioning
  • Conduct site inspections and client presentations
  • Coordinate closely with Revenue Management and Operations teams to optimize conversion and profitability
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Ensure seamless handover of confirmed business to operations for flawless execution
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in MICE or group segments
  • Strong knowledge of the Istanbul market and key feeder markets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Base salary(20%) with performance-based incentives (80%)
