As a Corporate Recruiter at HR-1, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent for Central Transport. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to conduct recruitment activities.

HR-1 delivers a strategic, client-focused approach to human capital management, customized to meet the unique needs of each organization we serve. Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract top talent using multiple channels (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach)
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates across a variety of roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define role requirements
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a strong candidate experience
  • Track and maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate data
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and continuously improve sourcing and hiring strategies
  • Travel approximately 20-30% to support recruiting initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you connect easily with people at all levels
  • Highly organized with excellent time‑management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑moving environment
  • Willingness to travel domestically (and potentially internationally)
