As a Corporate Recruiter at HR-1, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent for Central Transport. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to conduct recruitment activities.

Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top talent using multiple channels (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach)
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates across a variety of roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define role requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a strong candidate experience
- Track and maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate data
- Analyze recruiting metrics and continuously improve sourcing and hiring strategies
- Travel approximately 20-30% to support recruiting initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you connect easily with people at all levels
- Highly organized with excellent time‑management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑moving environment
- Willingness to travel domestically (and potentially internationally)
