In this Brand Manager role, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of the Thinx® brand in North America. This role is well‑suited for an experienced brand marketer who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and is motivated by building purpose‑led brands with cultural relevance and impact. The Brand Manager is accountable for driving business planning and marketing execution for the Thinx® brand and the objective of this role is to deliver sustainable, organic growth grounded in deep consumer understanding, clear brand positioning, and strong innovation and marketing plans that drive sales, profit, share, and brand equity.
As a Brand Manager, you will put the consumer at the center of every decision and influence a broad set of internal and external partners within a matrix organization—including Supply Chain, Finance, Sales Operations, regional teams, and agency partners—to deliver strong DTC and brand outcomes. This role reports to the Senior Brand Manager. In this role, you will:
Develop and execute the Thinx® brand strategy to drive awareness, loyalty, and profitable growth, ensuring consistent brand expression across all consumer touchpoints.
Define, track, and act on key brand health and performance metrics, including market share, penetration, and consumer loyalty.
Lead market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and consumer research in partnership with insights teams to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Translate consumer insights into clear brand claims, strong positioning, and product and innovation priorities.
Manage the local product portfolio, including innovation, pricing, and packaging, and lead integrated go‑to‑market planning for new product launches.
Partner closely with Trade Marketing and Sales to deliver effective shopper marketing, in‑store execution, and retailer‑specific activations across retail and DTC channels.
Track and manage brand financial performance, identifying opportunities to improve profitability through pricing, portfolio, or efficiency initiatives.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Sales Operations, and regional teams to ensure seamless execution and market readiness.
Manage external agency partners, including Shopify and Publicis Sapient, to deliver strong DTC and brand outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Required Qualifications
7+ years of prior marketing experience in brand management or closely related roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong understanding of all P&L management levers, with a proven track record of delivering business results and driving brand growth in a competitive environment.
Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas in English.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, decision‑making, influencing, and storytelling/communication skills.
Entrepreneurial, can‑do mindset with the ability to break down growth barriers, keep projects on track, and perform effectively in changing circumstances.
Collaborative working style with the ability to bring diverse teams together, challenge the status quo, take initiative, and move ideas forward.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree.
Experience with DTC‑native or highly eCommerce‑driven brands.
Hands‑on experience with Shopify and managing external partners for DTC website/platform operations.
Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and user journey mapping.
Experience driving brand performance within eCommerce and/or DTC business models, including collaboration with digital, performance marketing, CX, or site merchandising teams.
Exposure to demand, volume, or digital channel forecasting, or Integrated Business Planning / S&OP processes.

Salary Range: 140,320 – 173,360 USD
At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
