We are looking for an IT Support Engineer who will be the central point of contact for providing IT support to a diverse team at the crossroads of technology and food.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Information Technology, you will be an essential part of our Technical Support Team. Whether you're responding to incidents or proactively working to build a better Helpdesk, you will be responsible for providing core IT Support for all North American Operations, ranging from SaaS applications, hardware/software support, user onboarding and training, documentation, and continuously striving to empower and enrich our users. As part of the Information Technology team, you will play a key role in promoting employee productivity by providing robust, knowledgeable and timely service.
Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for
- Be the face of the IT Support team and provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to all HelloFresh Canada employees to maintain our DC hardware landscape, including device and license management
- Deploy new hardware, software and accounts to our employees
- Help transform the IT Support department by implementing automation and new workflows
- Contribute to ongoing system and process documentation efforts
- Be the go-to person regarding audio/video systems and event livestreams
Sound a-peeling? Here's what we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant experience. (IT-related certifications are desirable).
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role
- Experience with Google Workspace Administration, JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Azure Active Directory, InTune, Jamf and AWS
- Thorough knowledge of computer maintenance (MacOS, Windows, Linux)
- Service-oriented mindset and get a kick out of helping other people out
- Bonus points if you have knowledge of network administration (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN)
