About the Role
We are on a mission to build a world-class team that drives innovation, growth, and excellence. As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a Vehicle Inspector (Evening Shift) to join our reconditioning facility team.This role is ideal for someone dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Evening availability is required. The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, and includes a $1.50 per hour shift premium.
What You’ll Do:
- Inspect incoming vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and mechanical issues.
- Identify and report problems that fall outside Clutch’s quality standards.
- Move, start, and park cars around the lot safely and efficiently.
- Track inspection results using checklists and digital tools.
- Collaborate with reconditioning, detailing, and mechanical teams to prioritize vehicle flow.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for minor vehicle issues.
- Keep work areas organized and follow all safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Post-secondary education preferred
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork
- License: Minimum G2 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
- Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Location: Ability to commute to Mississauga
- Availability: Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs.
It'd be Great if You Have:
- Previous experience in automotive, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets or other digital tools.
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
