Invoca
Talent Partner
Salary
Job description
About Invoca:
Invoca is an AI-powered revenue execution platform that brings together marketing, commerce, and contact center teams to turn every customer interaction into measurable, profitable growth. Join our dynamic, fast-growing team, where innovation and collaboration are at the core of our culture.
About the RoleWe're looking for a Talent Partner who is a true hunter — someone who doesn't wait for applications to come in, but goes out and finds great people before we even know we need them. This is a role for someone who understands that great recruiting isn't just about filling seats — it's about raising the bar with every single hire and helping shape what Invoca becomes. You'll be a key driver of our internal transformation, partnering with leaders across the business to bring in talent that pushes the team forward, not just keeps the lights on.
You'll partner closely with hiring managers across the business — from Go-to-Market to Engineering and Product — building a deep understanding of each team and what it takes to succeed in every role you support. You'll bring urgency and a sense of ownership to every search, doing whatever it takes to keep things moving. We don't have a dedicated recruiting coordinator today, so being a collaborative, no-ego team player isn't just a nice-to-have — it's essential.
If you're someone who finds energy driving business outcomes through talent strategy, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Sourcing & Pipeline Building
- Proactively source and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, networking, referrals, and creative outreach — building relationships long before a req is open
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key roles and functions, so we're never starting from zero
- Continuously refine sourcing strategies based on what's working and what the market is telling you
- Own requisition management end to end — from intake through offer — across a mix of Go-to-Market and technical roles
- Partner deeply with hiring managers to understand the craft, culture, and context of every search, not just the job description
- Drive a swift yet thorough hiring process, ensuring decisions are being made and processes move forward
- Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics as needed — you step up without being asked
- Collaborate with Finance and the broader People & Culture team on headcount planning and the approval process
- Maintain clean, accurate data in relevant systems and use it to track pipeline health and report on recruiting metrics
- Contribute to employer branding and help tell Invoca's story in ways that attract top talent
- Partner with the SVP of People, fellow Talent Acquisition teammates, and HR colleagues to build and improve recruiting processes as the team and company scale
Who You Are
- You're a hunter, not a farmer. You don't post a job and hope. You go find great people — through LinkedIn, warm intros, cold outreach, and old-fashioned relationship-building. Your pipelines exist before your reqs do.
- You move with urgency. You see what needs to happen next and you make it happen. Searches don't stall on your watch. Candidates don't go dark. Hiring managers always know where things stand.
- You're a generalist with range. You've recruited across go-to-market roles (AEs, SDRs, CSMs) and technical ones (Engineers, PMs, Data). You're comfortable switching contexts, going deep on a function you've never hired for before, and holding your own in a conversation with any hiring manager.
- You're genuinely curious. You ask good questions. You want to understand what a team actually does, why a role matters, and what makes someone thrive — not just match keywords on a resume. That curiosity makes you a better partner and a better recruiter.
- You're humble and team-oriented. Titles don't determine who does what. If scheduling an interview loop is what keeps a search moving, you do it — without being asked and without complaint. You make the people around you better and the process smoother.
- You communicate with clarity and care. Candidates trust you with a significant moment in their careers. Hiring managers rely on you to give them honest signal. You handle both with professionalism, directness, and sound judgment.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a tech company
- A demonstrated track record of proactive sourcing and building pipelines of passive talent — not just managing inbound
- Experience hiring across both go-to-market (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), technical recruiting (Engineering, Product, Data) experience is a big plus
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open searches simultaneously without losing momentum
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter; familiarity with Tofu, BrightHire, TeamOhana, Google Drive, Slack, is a plus
- Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy while knowing when to loop in a partner or escalate
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
This role is remote and open to candidates located in the United States and Canada only. Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
