Location & Remote Work

Our technology team operates under a "remote-first" model, which means we work from home and can live anywhere in Brazil. We also offer the option of working from our São Paulo offices or partner coworking spaces, up to twice a week.

Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber leader to head our Corporate and M&A fronts. In this role, you will manage high-impact transactions and serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on governance and strategic partnerships. We are looking for a professional who blends technical excellence with a forward-thinking mindset, specifically focused on innovation and the integration of AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the negotiation, drafting, and analysis of high-impact contracts and corporate transactions with a focus on M&A and complex commercial partnerships and antitrust matters..
• Lead corporate restructurings, capital market operations, and the management of regulated funds, ensuring legal robustness across all fronts.
• Maintain top-tier corporate governance standards and ensure full legal compliance across our global operations.
• Act as a bridge between Legal, Finance, and Operations, translating complex legal risks into actionable business strategies.
• Manage relationships and projects across different time zones, working closely with international stakeholders and outside counsel.
• Drive the digital and AI transformation of our legal workflows, identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions.
• Empower and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of autonomy, rapid execution, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Corporate and contractual Law, antitrust, with in-depth knowledge of restructurings and corporate governance.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Familiarity with equity awards (stock options, RSUs), with prior involvement in related processes being a significant advantage.
• Previous experience with global teams and international communication, with the ability to navigate different cultures and time zones.
• Fluency in English (essential), with daily communication in the language. Knowledge of Spanish will be considered a plus.
• Proactive approach and strategic business vision, with the ability to act independently and deliver results.
