Job description

We’re seeking a Senior Consultant (Digital Transformation Project Manager) with primary 3-6 years’ experience to manage the delivery of complex digital and data initiatives across our client portfolio. This role blends strong delivery leadership with stakeholder engagement, requiring confidence working directly with senior clients and delivery partners to drive momentum and achieve outcomes. 

The Digital Transformation Project Manager is responsible for the planning, governance, and execution of data, digital, and system enabled initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards. Success in the role depends on the ability to translate digital strategy into pragmatic, executable delivery plans that deliver measurable business value. 

This role suits someone who thrives in a client facing consulting project environment, can operate across multiple workstreams, and manages complex digital delivery. Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage the delivery of data, reporting, and digital enablement solutions across client engagements. 

  • Own end‑to‑end delivery of digital and data projects, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, on budget, and to agreed quality standards. 

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating business challenges into clear, pragmatic digital delivery approaches. 

  • Lead client workshops and steering forums to align on scope, priorities, risks, and delivery approach. 

  • Provide hands‑on program and PMO leadership, including schedule, risk, cost, resource management, and reporting. 

  • Oversee implementation of digital delivery, PMO, and portfolio management systems to improve transparency and governance. 

  • Translate digital and data strategies into actionable roadmaps, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes. 

  • Contribute to digital diagnostics, maturity assessments, and transformation roadmaps with clear findings and recommendations. 

  • Support business case development, including financial modelling, scenario analysis, and investment prioritisation. 

  • Coordinate vendors and delivery partners, ensuring accountability, delivery quality, and alignment to client outcomes. 

  • Govern implementation planning across the software development lifecycle, including detailed plans, milestones, resourcing, and assurance activities. 

  • Define business and technical requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and benefits, ensuring solutions are aligned to client outcomes and realised. 

  • Partner with business stakeholders to manage change impacts, user readiness, and adoption activities, supporting successful transition to new digital capabilities. 

  • Assess and advise on client technology ecosystems, including platforms, data and analytics, and integration architecture, ensuring fit‑for‑purpose strategic alignment. 

  • Leverage delivery tools and methodologies (agile, hybrid, waterfall) to plan, track, and report complex digital initiatives. 

  • Contribute to business development through opportunity identification, proposal development, delivery planning, and value articulation aligned to client needs. 

 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer/Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or related discipline 

  • 3–6 years’ experience in consulting, digital delivery management, product management, business analyst or technology transformation roles  

  • Background in digital consulting, business analysis, PMO, or technology project management 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including senior‑level reporting 

  • Self‑driven, adaptable, and comfortable working across ambiguity and multiple priorities with strong problem-solving skills 

  • Knowledge and practical application of multiple project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models 

  • Preferred but not required, working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or equivalent data platforms (basic/intermediate) 

  • Experience delivering data and digital transformation initiatives, experience within the construction or property industry is advantageous but not required.
