Daily Responsibilities:
These Customer Service Reps will be working in the Resolution Center where they will be troubleshooting and partnering with the retail stores, Physician offices, patients, and insurance carriers to determine why a drug is being rejected for coverage.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work every day with the exception of a day or two
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong typing skills
