Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician

• Field inbound calls from members and patient representative in support of member prior authorizations
• Assist staff pharmacists with processing and reviewing prior authorization requests
• Preform clerical functions incidental to prior authorization activities- compile statistical data, reports and analysis
• Provide telephonic in call center setting
• High school diploma or GED
• Clear and active Pharm Tech license in state of IL
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• Detail oriented, able to multi-task effectively
• Strong computer, typing and general data entry skills
• Ability to learn data bases quickly

Shift: Monday-Friday Varying shifts between 6am and midnight, OT available
