Labourer

FLINT is seeking Labourers with maintenance experience for a permanent Job in Peace River, AB starting March 30th, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a 4 days on adn 4 days off schedule, 10-hour workdays, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.

This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for local candidates; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a labourer
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
  • WHMIS
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
• Must have own reliable transportation to site.

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
