Overview Performs diversified technical and clinical responsibilities in the cardiac catheterization laboratory. Responsibilities NECESSARY SKILLS: •Use of good radiographic techniques to reduce radiation exposure to patient and personnel. •Good communication skills. •Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology (adult). •Be able to use hospital computer system. •Knowledge of filing system. •Ability to prepare procedure tray/equipment and maintain sterility •Knowledge of body techniques and ability to use good body mechanics. •Ability to initiate appropriate patient charge. •Proficiency in using Cath lab equipment. •Patient advocate skills. Qualifications Required Education High School Diploma or GED.
