Overview Under the direction of the Clinic Nurse Manager, Ambulatory Operations Manager, or Ambulatory Administrator, supervises and coordinates the day-to-day clinic activities and personnel issues for the office staff located in the ambulatory setting. Participates with and acts as a liaison in conjunction with the Medical Director and the Ambulatory Operations Manager/Director with all other hospital departments and patients. **Clinical, working position. Looking for a Medical Assistant or higher. Qualifications Required Education:Associate�s degreePreferred Education:Bachelor�s DegreeRequired Experience:Minimum two (2) years of experience in a medical ambulatory setting (Physician�s office, etc.)Preferred Experience:1-2 years supervisory experience preferred. One-year computer experience with HBOC or IDX. Experience with spreadsheet and word processing programs.Supervision:Yes; Number of Employees Supervised 5-10Necessary Skills:1. Above average written and verbal communication skills.2. Ability to work well under pressure3. Demonstrates ability to be fair-minded and objective4. Demonstrates Client Service knowledge.5.
