Get to Know Your Team: Physicians Surgical Hospitals includes two surgical centers - Panhandle Surgical Hospital and Quail Creek Surgical Hospital, and one physical therapy center - Quail Creek Physical Therapy - and a state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging center, Advanced Imaging Center of Amarillo. Responsibilities The Registration Assistant is responsible for facilitating and processing registrations, ensuring accuracy in data entry, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service. This role may involve handling confidential information, assisting patients and staff, and coordinating with other departments. Qualifications Job Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service, clerical, or administrative work. Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Knowledge of HIPAA. Preferred Job Requirements: Experience in a busy clinical setting. Bilingual proficiency may be an advantage. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
