Responsibilities Who You Are: Driven leader with a proven track record of results. Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who will oversee up to multiple brands. Awesome at creating an exceptional customer experience. Strong communicator who connects to all audiences. Demonstrates objectivity in evaluating people’s strengths and opportunities. Team player who inspires commitment in others. Strong networking skills; can attract top talent. As the District Sales Manager you will: Use your business acumen, efficiency, and problem‐solving skills to drive and grow the business throughout the district. Build and develop a team committed to creating a great experience for our customers in all of the district’s stores. Adapt leadership and communication style to varying situations and employees; be credible and trusted and inspire the commitment and action of others. Enhance succession planning and training to build and promote a team to effectively work together; help others realize their potential. Remove obstacles and create growth opportunities to set team members up for success. Communicate clear expectations and hold the district’s store managers and yourself accountable to achieving results. Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met consistently throughout the district. Act as an ambassador for our brand dedicated to achieving results through your teams. Establish trust with the teams in the face of opposing beliefs, values or perspectives. Remain composed in the face of challenges and unforeseen circumstances. Model our values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity. Qualifications You will also have: 2+ years as a District Manager in similar volume, apparel business (preferred). Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations. Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business. Ability to travel up to 80% of the time. Pay Range USD $117,000.00 - USD $195,000.00 /Yr.
