Position Responsibilities: The Operations Supervisor manages daily delivery operations, planning and scheduling manpower, assigning drivers and vehicles to convey freight You will coordinate drivers according to customer requests and determines driver's needs, notifying them of assignments entering them into the database while in compliance with DOT regulations Communicates with customers to determine driver needs and schedules and notifies drivers of assignments and enters assignment data in computer database This role ensures quality standards and productivity standards are achieved in the warehouse, meeting customer schedules and maximizing operational efficiency Coaches and supervises the warehouse team ensuring completion and proper execution of work procedures Accountable for all inventory functions Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree with 3 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 6 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
