How you'll make an impact In this pivotal role, you'll lead the charge in shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement across the APAC region. Here's how you'll make a difference: Strategic Leadership: You'll develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the APAC region, ensuring alignment with Gallagher’s global objectives and regional market needs. Acting as a key advisor to senior leadership, you'll provide insights on marketing opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning. Marketing Execution: Oversee the planning, development, and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, sales teams, and global marketing colleagues. You'll also manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners to deliver impactful marketing outcomes. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability. You'll support team members in prioritising workloads and overcoming challenges while maintaining high standards of delivery. Operational Excellence: Apply best practices in project and campaign management to ensure efficient and effective execution of marketing initiatives. You'll also ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements and champion Gallagher’s brand guidelines across all marketing activities. About you Here’s what you’ll bring to the role: Proven years of marketing experience, ideally within financial services or the insurance sector. A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a regulated environment. Expertise in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and achieving associated KPIs. Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior leadership and third-party agencies. In-depth knowledge of the APAC market, including its cultural, regulatory, and business dynamics. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation. A results-driven mindset with exceptional project management skills and acute attention to detail. A collaborative approach, with the ability to build rapport and gain trust with colleagues. Strong planning skills, with the ability to anticipate future outcomes and manage risks effectively. A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
