Do you enjoy security topics and real project work with customers? Are you looking for a consulting role with strong technical ownership? We are looking for a Modern Workplace Consultant – Identity & Security to support our customers in designing and delivering secure Microsoft 365 environments, with a strong focus on Entra ID, identity, access, and security. Practical Information: Location: Poland , Warsaw | Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with possibility of working Remote ly | Reports to: Modern Workplace Team Lead | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Poland | Language requirements: Fluent level of Polish and English In this role, you will work on customer projects related to identity, security, and modernization of M365 environments. This is a delivery‑focused consulting role, where you work closely with customers, architects, and security teams to design and implement practical, secure solutions. Key responsibilities Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions with focus on: Entra ID / hybrid identity Access and authentication Security and compliance in M365 Participate in security and modernization projects for customer environments Support migration projects from an identity and security perspective Work closely with architects, security, and compliance teams Provide technical consulting to customers (hands‑on, delivery‑first) What we need to see from you Solid, practical experience with Microsoft 365 Very good knowledge of Entra ID Experience in at least one security area , such as: Microsoft Purview Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Experience with hybrid environments (on‑premises + cloud) Comfortable working directly with customers in project setups Why join us Real security and identity projects, not just operational support Strong technical focus and influence on solutions Close collaboration with experienced architects and security specialists Clear growth path in identity and security consulting Open, respectful, and inclusive work environment We value diversity and inclusion.
