The role Are you passionate about designing and optimizing secure, scalable AWS network architectures? Do you enjoy solving complex networking challenges in cloud environments? Ready to drive reliable, high‑performance connectivity solutions on AWS for enterprise clients? We are seeking a skilled AWS Network Consultant join our AWS team This position requires hands-on expertise in designing, implementing, and managing secure and scalable network architectures within AWS environments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling complex AWS projects, including migrations, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust infrastructure connectivity and performance. This role demands at least 8 years of relevant experience in cloud networking, with a strong emphasis on AWS-specific tools and best practices. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and optimize AWS network architectures (VPCs, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, VPN, Site‑to‑Site) to support high availability and resiliency. Lead AWS network migrations using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) , ensuring minimal downtime across hybrid and on‑prem integrations. Configure and manage AWS networking and security services including Route 53, ELB, AWS WAF, and AWS Shield for traffic and threat management. Implement and integrate Amazon Connect contact center solutions , focusing on network routing, VoIP, and integrations with Lambda and S3. Troubleshoot complex network performance and security issues , conducting root cause analysis and optimizing latency, bandwidth, and reliability at scale. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and maintain documentation, automation, monitoring, and compliance using tools like Terraform, CDK, Ansible, CloudWatch, and VPC Flow Logs. What we need to see from you Experience in network engineering ,with deep specialization in AWS cloud environments and large‑scale migrations. Expert knowledge of AWS migration strategies (rehosting, refactoring, rearchitecting) and complex, multi‑account and hybrid cloud architectures, including disaster recovery. Strong proficiency in Terraform (IaC) , including module design, state management, and seamless integration with AWS services. Hands‑on expertise with Amazon Connect , supporting inbound/outbound communication, VoIP optimization, and real‑time network performance. Solid foundation in networking fundamentals (OSI/TCP/IP, subnetting, routing protocols such as BGP/OSPF, SDN) and AWS database networking (RDS, Aurora Global DB, DynamoDB). Proven troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills using tools like Wireshark, AWS X‑Ray, and monitoring solutions , supported by required certifications: AWS Advanced Networking – Specialty, AWS Solutions Architect – Associate, CCNA , with Terraform Associate preferred.
