Job description

Primary Purpose of the Job Manage all aspects of contract negotiations and administration within the LNG trading division which includes re-gasification. Lead a team of contract professionals, ensuring that agreements are well-structured, compliant, and support the business objectives facilitating successful LNG transactions and minimizing contractual risks. Required Experience and Skills At least 15 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in LNG Trading. Extensive experience in contract management and negotiation within the LNG or energy trading industry. Experience handling various trading contracts including re-gasification, key competencies include: understanding the LNG value chain, in-depth energy market knowledge, strategic thinking, relationships management and negotiations. Strong knowledge of contract law, international trade regulations, and industry-specific terms and conditions. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Educational Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field. Postgraduate Qualification (MSc, PhD or MBA) an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
